No waiting ( I had received a reminder phone call regarding my appointment and arrived early, taking care of annual updating q's) got in almost immediately, very efficient and pleasant encounter, especially with the assurance that all was going well with my eyes and Mac. degeneration, very very slow negative process. Dr. Nisha has that unique ability to make you feel as if you are her only patient. After her very thorough explanation of why the shape of my eyeballs presented a particular challenge in selecting the appropriate lens replacement for my cataract surgery, she very patiently explained why my case required further investigation, before she could advise me on the best type of replacement lens. I appreciate a health professional who is not a ‘rubber stamper’, who’s not afraid to admit that they don’t know it all in the moment and who puts my eye health above all else. Dr. Nisha was exceptionally courteous throughout the entirety of the appointment. My husband suffers from dementia and she was great at explaining things, even if it required her to repeat herself.
