Dr. Kevin Riedel was named one of Portland’s Top Doctors in 2025 by Portland Monthly Magazine.

Dr. Riedel joined our optometric team in 2014. He practices comprehensive optometry, including complete eye examinations, medical eye evaluations, and fitting all types of contact lenses. He also cares for patients before and after cataract surgery.
Dr. Riedel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and his doctor of optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. He has also provided clinical instruction for interns at Pacific University and proudly volunteers for Special Olympics Oregon and Washington by performing vision screenings for the athletes.
A native Oregonian, Dr. Riedel currently lives in Happy Valley with his wife, Cassi, and daughter, Kaylee. They enjoy traveling together, cooking, and cheering on University of Oregon sports teams.
