Dr. Jeffrey Garrett was named one of Portland’s Top Doctors in 2024 by Portland Monthly Magazine.
Dr. Garrett practices general optometry, including contact lens fittings and management of patients who have had cataract and refractive surgery. He earned a biological sciences degree from Chapman University, received his doctorate of optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Garrett is a member of the American Optometric Association and joined Oregon Eye Specialists in 2000.
Dr. Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife Rachael and their twin daughters. He also enjoys riding his bike, reading, waterskiing, and boating.
