I was really, really scared to have the Cataract surgery. But Dr. Kemp is a wonderful doctor. It turned out to be painless and easy! Dr. Kemp and all the staff did everything they could to make my experience an easy and painless as they could. Constantly reassuring me, and Dr. Kemp came into see me before the procedure to help calm my nerves. When I have a question or medical concern, I am able to leave a voicemail or speak in person with my physician's assistant and then know that they will soon give me an answer or appointment time very efficiently and in a timely manner. Great bedside manner. Both my wife and I like him a lot. Conservative approach, which you'd want dealing with your eyes. Good communicator, makes sure you understand the treatment and potential outcomes. Makes sure your expectations are in line with reality. Under promises and over delivers.
